​STAND firm in our loyalty & dedication to the Club

• I will stand firm to uphold my commitment and contract to the club by committing to the club’s training sessions, activities, events, competitions and other club related programs.
• I will stand firm to keep the unity between my team mates at all cause because unity and teamwork are key to advancing the club forward.

PURSUE excellence, competitiveness & character

• I will pursue excellence in working hard to be a skilled-competitive player.
• I will also pursue excellence in developing my character, manner of speech, attitude and behavior both on court as a Spearhead player and off court as a person. I will not tolerate foul and abusive language, racism, and negative talks.

EMPOWER new players to be part the Club

• I will empower new players and friends to be part of the club because I am committed to be a leading element in growing the club and the development of floorball in Penang & Malaysia.

ACTIVELY strive to be a better player

• I will be pro-active to train myself regularly at my own time so that I can develop my skills progressively in order to improve as a player and contribute my very best to the club.

RESPECT our leaders, officials, teammates and also opponents

• I will respect all my chosen leaders’ by adhering to their instructions and authority.
• I will respect all officials such as referees and secretariats by not scolding or shouting at them.
• I will respect all my team mates through my speech, behavior and attitude.
• I will respect all my opponents so as to uphold positive sportsmanship by: not provoking them during match time, to shake and appreciate each player after a match is played, to not jeer but to cheer when I am a spectator, to help and assist a player in need on court and off court.

HONOUR our health physically and mentally

• I will say ‘NO’ to any element that is detrimental to my physical and mental health. E.g. smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc

ENCOURAGE one another whenever and wherever

• I will be an Encourager – to encourage any of my team mates when they have contributed positively, whether in a big or small way, to the club - to keep the team morale high and positive.
• I will not say thing that will bring people down unnecessarily.

ALIGN myself to the vision of the club

• I will align my personal goals and vision to the good of the club.
• I will uphold the vision of the club to be the “leading element” in the floorball community.

DEFEND the 9 Laws of the Club

• I believe in the 9 laws of Spearhead Floorball Club and I will defend these laws by upholding it, sharing it with every new player in the club and by exemplifying it through my play and character.
